Partly because now is so real and even 5 minutes from now is still just a "maybe."<br /><br />I like your analogy with the book-writing, though. Would I rather go through a lot of painful re-writes now or go through having to be embarrassed every time someone tells me they read my book because I know how badly it needed to be re-written? I hope I'd chose the former.Jenn Adamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10443688970619269216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26676840.post-1097885099031005362009-11-02T09:18:15.731-07:002009-11-02T09:18:15.731-07:00Wow, good question. I'm keeping a folder full of all the things I need to correct in my MS for later. Maybe that would help??? =)Carolyn V.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15456210036213016603noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26676840.post-62863122731816272832009-11-02T08:07:43.216-07:002009-11-02T08:07:43.216-07:00Rrrriiiiip. I'm writing a book that I thought through and delibrately put things in the beginning. now that I've got to the end, I'm finding problems I couldn't see without the help of my friends. I've had to go back and rewrite twice now. Another problem came up the other day, and I'm not sure the story is worth the trouble anymore. <br /><br />Great post. I have seen people do that same thing. Thanks for the advice.Keith N Fisherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05222131826035498684noreply@blogger.com
